Little Rock, AR - Little Rock Certificate of Indebtedness $1 July 1, 1871 Rothert 424-1. PCGS Very Good 10 Apparent. From one of several Reconstruction era series. A farm scene is at the center of this American Bank Note Co. layout. At left, a girl holds a rabbit and, at right is Boy and Bird's Nest by James Bannister. Protectors on the face are in green, and there is a green security back. Grading cites "Pieces Missing; Edge Splits; Paper Adhered to Back," but when located, these rare notes tend to be in low grades. Ex: Eric P.
