Description Connecticut - Lot of 3 War of 1812 Era Bank Change Bills. A sharp trio of historical currency, all well-matched in appearance. Hartford, CT - Hartford Bank 5 Cents Jany. 1, 1815 CT-165 G4. PCGS Fine 15. Printed on brown paper. This diminutive note has both officers' signatures and is choice for the type. Hartford, CT - Phoenix Bank 12-1/2 Cents June 1, 1816 CT-195 G24a. Remainder. PCGS Very Choice New 64 Apparent. Typical typeset style with bolded "12" in center. Noted with "Hinge Remnants on Back," but in outstanding condition for an early remainder note. New Haven, CT - New Haven Bank 6-1/4 Cents Jan. 5, 1815 CT-290 G244. PCGS Very Fine 20. The fractional counter in the center is in a wreath-like cartouche. Although the edges are trifle uneven, it shows excellent paper body. Ex: Eric P.
