From the imprint of Rawdon, Wright, Hatch & Edson, Cincinnati, this note features Liberty seated with an eagle and a portrait of Washington at top center. An oval portrait of Washington is at the left end, and an oval framed vignette of standing Liberty is at the right end. Grading notes: "Small Edge Tear at UR; Small Internal Slit at LL."
