At the top, left of center, an allegorical female sits in a large "2" as farmers work in the background. A sailor with a spyglass is at the lower left, and a woman drawing water from a well is at the lower right. Ocean Bank $1 June 15, 1852 DC-315 G2. PCGS Fine 15 Apparent. The reclining sailor seen on the Stonington Bank $1 in this sale appears on this note. A ship is at sail at lower left, and a woman with a sickle is at lower right.
