This is an unusual multi-state note, clearly representing itself as from Kentucky. At top center, a wharf scene features a woman holding a baby on her lap. The dual imprint of Underwood, Bald, Spencer & Hufty, Philad./Danforth, Underwood & Co., New York is at the bottom. Noted as "Cross-Cut Cancelled."
