Dalton, GA - Treasurer of the City Council Post Note 25 Cents 187_. Remainder. PCGS About New 50. This municipal note has been observed by us unissued only. A blue starburst tint with foliate rays, with "25" at the center, graces both front and back of this Dalton post note. Counters are in the upper corners, a beehive is at lower left, and a dog with safe is at lower right. Noted as "Hole Punch Cancelled." Ex: Eric P.
