Danforth, Wright & Co. first series with red TWO protector. The harvesting scene at the center shows men using grain cradles. George and Martha Washington are at the lower left and lower right. "Mounting Remnants on Back" are noted by grading. $3 June 6, 1859 GA-315 G6a. PCGS Very Fine 25. A different series, this layout from Bald, Cousland & Co., Philadelphia/Baldwin, Bald & Cousland, New York shows a sidewheel steamer between the arced title and the red protector. Henry Clay is at the lower right. $10 June 6, 1859 GA-315 G10a. PCGS Very Fine 30. Same series.
