Savannah, GA - Bank of the State of Georgia $2 Dec. 27, 1861 GA-330 G32a. PCGS Very Fine 20 Apparent. Payable at the "Principal Bank," as engraved in the obligation. A quartet of women rest in the clouds around the globe at top center, and a slave picking cotton is at lower left on this American Bank Note Company layout. Protectors and counter surrounds are in bright vermillion. Although "Minor Rust Stains" are cited, this is an interesting note. Ex: Eric P.
