Decatur, IL - Rail Road Bank $3 Aug. 17, 1857 Altered Note IL-215 A10. PCGS Fine 12 Apparent. This is one of many altered bills from the Waubeek Bank, De Soto, Nebraska. At the top, allegorical figures of Prosperity and Liberty support a shield. Daniel Webster is in an oval frame at lower left, and a veiled woman is at lower right. A red protector is across.
