This Underwood, Bald, Spencer & Hufty type features the train used on the $1 Kirtland notes. Superior grade for a note that averages Good. Shawnee Town, IL - Bank of Illinois $20 Jan. 14. 1838 IL-740 G54 SENC. PCGS Fine 15 Apparent. Draper, Toppan, Longacre & Co. series. George Washington on the banks of the Delaware River. Noted with "Stains" and stamped on face. Shawnee Town, IL - Bank of Illinois $20 Jan. 20, 1839 Spurious Issue IL-740 S15. PCGS Very Fine 20 Apparent. Spurious and without imprint.
