Taylorville, IL - Plowmans Bank $2 Oct. 15, 1860 IL-805 G4a. PCGS Fine 15 Apparent. The first $2 note from the occupational title we have handled. A sheep and lambs are shown at top center flanked by red "2" protectors. The border and guilloche are also in red, and the imprint is of the National Bank Note Company. "Edge and Internal Splits, Tears, and Damage" are cited, and the note has an overall "Good to Very Good" appearance. Ex: Eric P.
