Newville, IN - Wabash River Bank $10 June 14, 1854 IN-495 G4, WVS 624-2. PCGS Very Good 10 Apparent. The bank issued $5 and $10 notes. An interesting layout from Toppan, Carpenter, Casilear & Co. shows Franklin and Washington in ovals between cherubs and baby Mercury; an "X" protector is at the center.
