Rensselaer, IN - Farmers and Mechanics Bank $5 Mar. 1, 1854 IN-245 G26a, WVS 697-3. PCGS Very Fine 30 Apparent. This is bold example from the bank, one of the finest we have seen. The central vignette shows cherubs hard at work with three of the basic machines: a lever, a wedge, and screw. Engraved by Danforth, Wright & Co.
