Unknown Location, KS - Kaup & Trumbull $1 Undated (Ca. 1880s-1890s) Whitfield 2-UNL. PCGS Very Fine 35 Apparent. A third note from the merchant, with the same format as the previous two. A representative of the "Not Intended to be Used as Money" class of scrip. The counters on the face and back show an intertwined "1" and dollar sign. Grading notes a "Small Edge Tear at Top Right of Center." This is an unlisted variant, but falls into the known series. Ex: Eric P.
