Columbus, KY - Sutlers' Bank of Columbus 5 Cents 186_ Hughes 140. Remainder. PCGS Very Fine 30 Apparent. This is a popular title with collectors. Printed on white bond paper, but without an imprint. A train is in oval at the top center, and a green protector is across. Ornate end panels have empty cartouches. Noted by grading are: "Tape Repaired Tear at LL; Tape on Back." Ex: Eric P.
