New Orleans, LA - Banking House of Gray, MacMurdo & Co. $2 18__. Remainder. PCGS Fine 12 Apparent. An engraved note by Rawdon, Wright, Hatch & Edson. The left end was intentionally shaved off (it contained several merchant names in a perpendicular cartouche) and nearly all notes from the issuer are encountered this way. Under the arced title, Athena and Justice flank an ornate "2." Noted with "Mounting Remnants and Scuffs on Back." Ex: Eric P.
