New Orleans, LA - Hall & Briscoe, Importers and Dealers in Wine and Liquors $2 Feb. 5, 1862. PCGS Very Fine 25 Apparent. This issuer is scarce and there are several series. Payable at "No. 83 Common street." The blue paper note is larger than most New Orleans scrip from the period. Quantities of goods are shown, with barrels, cigar boxes and jugs at the top, left of center. Titles, address and obligations are across. Ends have TWO facing inward within linear designs.
