New Orleans, LA - D. H. Hormes 50 Cents 1862. PCGS Fine 12 Apparent. On brown paper with red FIFTY CENTS directly over the black denomination printing. Redeemable at 161 St. Charles Street. A slave works at the left. The textual denomination is perpendicular in the cartouche at the right. Noted with "Top Right Corner Reattached; Edge Tears," but with a whole appearance. Ex: Eric P.
