New Orleans, LA - Bank of Louisiana $10 Forced Issue June 14, 1862 LA-75 G14c. PCGS Very Fine 30. A $10 note from a finely engraved series by Rawdon, Wright, Hatch & Edson. America as a Native American princess and Liberty flank a Washington bust on a pedestal. At lower right, a Native American maiden holds corn and an "X." Athena stands at the center of the intricate orange back. This has a blue "FORCED ISSUE" stamp on both sides. The eye appeal is like that of a new note. Ex: Eric P.
