| Description | The ?V? is double struck and a bit hard to read. The seller, originally from Scotland, served in the British Army (1968 / 1980) first in the Kings Own Scots Borderers (1968) before transferring to the 2nd Parachute Regiment (1972), where he saw service in Northern Ireland. This coin and a few others in my collection were received in pocket change by him while stationed there. Purchased from Steve Kneale / Malaga, Andalucia, Spain. (My. 18, 2017) ($2). |
