Description | Another environmentally damaged coin. The "REM" is oddly constructed. The "R" is obviously from a punch, but the "E" and "M" appear to have been tooled on with a � chisel? "REM" shows strongly, but "1690" is weak and indistinct. Purchased from Stuart Rainford / Heswall, Cheshire, UK. (Ju. 29, 2017) ($5). |
