Supplement to the Descriptive Register of Genuine Bank Notes
Date is approximate. Eric P. Newman comments laid in on separate sheet:
"This 1862 Gwynne & Day supplement, pp. 145 but unnumbered to p. 162, has U.S. notes* but omits U.S. Demand Notes and omits separate list of broken banks. Many Missouri 1861 bank notes listed.
* Misdescribes them as U.S. Demand Treasury Notes instead of U.S. Notes."
